2018年12月CFA考試成績復(fù)議、申訴
復(fù)議、申訴：在公布成績之前協(xié)會都是認(rèn)真評估，確認(rèn)無誤后才公布成績，所以成功的機會很小。而且一級二級都是機讀卡，交一百美元給他們就是重新讓機器再讀一遍，然后把分?jǐn)?shù)重新加一下，僅此而已。
復(fù)議流程：官網(wǎng)上下載retabulation的表格，打印出來手動填寫基本信息，比如你的考生號，考試code，信用卡卡號，然后郵寄給他們。（基本上一個月內(nèi)會給郵箱發(fā)復(fù)議的結(jié)果）12月CFA一級備考刻不容緩，大家正在認(rèn)真復(fù)習(xí)，早一點復(fù)習(xí)，離成功更近一步！

成績被report
每年CFA考試被report的人中，三分之二是警告，不會影響本次考試成績，也不會被處分。三分之一進(jìn)入調(diào)查，大部分會被處理，取消成績甚至取消永久考試資格。如果你不巧也遇到了，先不要慌張，立刻給協(xié)會官方發(fā)郵件，誠懇說明情況。
在參加CFA考試的時候，一定要注意考場規(guī)則，任何不適宜的小動作都會被監(jiān)考官記錄，成為涉嫌作弊的證據(jù)被report，例如東張西望，盯著美女發(fā)呆，在試卷上做標(biāo)記等等。
如果自己沒作弊，一定要及時給CFA協(xié)會發(fā)郵件，態(tài)度誠懇的說明情況，解釋原因，并積極配合調(diào)查，保證不會再犯同樣的錯誤，一般會得到協(xié)會的諒解。
其實，CFA協(xié)會每年都會收到很多report，在這些report中并不是所有的都要受理，情節(jié)比較輕的就不會發(fā)信函，如果要是發(fā)了信函就說明你的情況是比較嚴(yán)重的，不過即使發(fā)了信函也不一定都沒有成績，如果溝通的比較好，態(tài)度比較誠懇也會過。
附上一張違規(guī)處罰表
CFA考試違規(guī)處罰解析
首先，只要被判定任何違規(guī)，一定取消（Void）當(dāng)年考試成績。同時加以如下四種處罰的一種：
Private Reprimand：私下批評，相當(dāng)于口頭警告處分。此處罰并不對除當(dāng)事人以外的其他人公開。
Suspension or Revocation of Membership：此處罰只適用于CFA member，即已經(jīng)注冊為CFA正式會員，或CFA下屬協(xié)會（Society）會員的考生。僅為CFA candidate不屬于此類。
Summary Suspension：處罰不配合CFA調(diào)查的考生，此類處罰同樣剝奪參加任何CFA項目的權(quán)利。
Suspension or Prohibition from Participation in the CFA Program：考生不得再參加任何任何CFA項目。從1年到5年的限時禁考，到終身（permanent）禁考不等。
Similarity Analysis，這個東西簡直是CFA協(xié)會的神器，具體方式是通過數(shù)據(jù)來分析，如果同一考場位子相近的幾位考生答案相似程度過高，則會被判“疑似違規(guī)”接受調(diào)查，這樣的方式很容易導(dǎo)致“被作弊”。
